These kits are made of plywood. You can use paint or markers to decorate the pieces as you like.
We recommend testing your marker or paint on a small corner first to ensure the desired color and finish.

The tracking number you receive is automatically generated by Shopify. During our shipping process, the tracking number may sometimes be changed by our shipping team. When this happens, the new tracking information needs to be updated manually in the system.

If there is a high volume of shipments, this update may take a little longer than usual. Please note that your order has not been canceled.

Once the update is complete, the new tracking number will display correctly on your order page. If there is a shipping delay or if your order was not fully shipped, it may be due to an out-of-stock item in your order. In such cases, our Customer Support Team will send you an email asking whether you’d like to:

1. Ship the available items first and exclude the out-of-stock item, or
2. Replace the out-of-stock item with another product.

If we do not receive a response within a certain period, the order will be shipped without the out-of-stock item, and a refund will be issued for that product.

For best results, we recommend using 3-In-1 Advanced Craft Glue.

It typically takes 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
